Prepare in 20 mint Cooking Tim 35 mint Ready in 55 mint Ingredients 2 TBS vegetable oil 3 TBS curry past 1(3/4 inch thick) slice ginger minced 1 1/4 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast meat- cubed 3TBS brown sugar 3 TBS fish sauce 3 TBS tamarind past 1/3 cup peanut butter 3 cups peeled , cubed potatoes or mushroom or any other vegetable you liket 1 can coconut milk (13 ounce) 3 TBS fresh lime juice Directions Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium heat .
