This is sweet and spicy salad Prepare time 20 mint Total time 25 mint serves to 4 people Ingredients 1 cup picante sauce 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter 2 TBS honey 2TBS orange juice 1 TES soy sauce 1/2 TSB ground ginger 1/3 of a 1 pound package fettuccine pasta cooked and drained about 3 cups 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 4 cup mixed salad greens 11/2 TBS chopped red bell pepper 11/2 TBS chopped fresh cilantro How to make Heat the picante sauce,peanut butter. Honey. Orange juice . Soy sauce and ginger in a 20 inch skillet. Over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling Add the fettuccine and chicken to the skillet and toss to coat , serve the chicken mixture over the salad greens . Garnish with the red pepper and cilantro
